After Beautiful Nut debuted at Philly Improv Theater's Sketchworks in late 2017, where they performed a short set of original sketches that made people laugh, Chris and Derrick have written more original sketches - and even shot some videos - that are sure to make even more people laugh for a longer period of stage-time!
Chris Esperance and Derrick Houck began writing as sketch duo, Beautiful Nut, while performing together on improv house team, Metropolis. They seek to bottle the energy and physicality of their improv performances into written sketches, similar to the efforts of whatever author penned the novelization to Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.
